Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret results
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying
- 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
- Understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Knowledge of machine learning basics
- Experience working in healthcare industry
- Certification in data analytics
