Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that enhance business operations and user experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI-driven features into applications using machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision models.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production use.

Collaborate with data engineers to collect, preprocess, and analyze data from various sources.

Implement AI algorithms and predictive models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or OpenAI APIs.

Integrate AI/ML models into existing software systems through APIs or microservices.

Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy through testing and tuning.

Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools for continuous improvement.

Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects as needed.

Develop automation and data-driven decision-making systems using AI techniques.

Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure model reproducibility and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Proven experience with Python, R, or JavaScript for AI development.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.

Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment.

Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
